COMPANY BACKGROUND

EAST HOUSE RESOURCES SDN BHD was incorporated in 2021 and located in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. The company is wholly owned by Bumiputera and registered with Malaysia’s Ministry of Finance (MoF). The Company was formerly known as THE SEVENTEEN MEDIA SDN BHD, established on 15 July 2019. With our experience and growth, it is now known as East House Resources Sdn Bhd.

The company is to engage in the business of research and development, additive manufacturing, IoT development, robotic assembly, automation systems, maintenance, and the supply of goods or services for all business sectors. It will also be involved in trading mechanical and electrical related products, as well as buying, selling, renting, and operating self-owned or leased real estate, including land.

Automation System Design

We provide improvement of a change to system functionality or an expansion of System functionality such as improvement of pump controller system, machine controller, robotic process automation, and other available. The project we have made improvements is the development of a pressure-based control for a variable speed drive diesel engine-driven pump controller. Proportional control scheme were chose as the control method to find the critical gain. The critical gain were then used to compute the PID parameter. PID parameter were calculated using Ziegler-Nichols Tuning Method.

Internet of Things (IoT)

We implement the Internet of Things in our products and systems to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality of life, driving innovation and creating new opportunities across various industries. The world is becoming more convenient, whether you're using Siri to find out when the movie starts, controlling your thermostat remotely using your phone, or having sensors in the parking garage solve your parking issue. 2D/3D Design & Fabrication

We have a diverse array of cutting-edge machines, including advanced milling machines, state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, and precision machining machines, all capable of producing a wide range of high-quality metal products at our disposal. Utilizing these machines, we can manufacture an extensive variety of metals, tailored to our clients' unique specifications and requirements. The product showcased here is just one example of our exceptional manufacturing capabilities, which we have successfully delivered to our clients in the past.

Industrial Supplies

We provide the original spare parts from the manufacturers, complete with the original packaging. These spare parts are sourced from the official supplier and packaged by them as well. We also offer the most valued brands on the global market to industrial operators. By organising numerous goods, we operate as a purchasing agent for our customer. Spare parts, single machines, and equipment makers. We work as a sales and export service provider. Our service includes the entire export process.
